Travel software provider Sabre Corporation is collaborating with B2B leisure sales platform eRoam Travel Technology to launch an online B2B and B2C leisure travel solution for agencies, the companies said in a news release Tuesday (April 5).
With this partnership, eRoam becomes a gold-level developer in Sabre’s developer partner network, “which allows Sabre-connected agencies, tour operators and destination management companies to find and utilize partner solutions to support their specific business needs and requirements,” the release said.
The partnership sees eRoam expand Sabre’s partner ecosystem by adding an AI-enabled leisure travel platform to Sabre’s network, allowing agencies to create their own travel packages quickly. It also lets them identify other tours and activities to diversify and generate extra revenue while providing travelers with tools to create their own flights and packages.

Sabre’s developer partner network is an open network that allows for the intersection of supply and demand between Sabre developer partners and Sabre-connected agencies. Agencies can use it to connect with developer partners which support the specific needs of their businesses.

Earlier this year, Sabre renewed and expanded its 10-year-old strategic technology partnership with online travel agency Hopper in a move the companies say was designed to “further evolve the online travel marketplace and customer experience.
